2.解决方案

pyzmq版本冲突，下载满足jupyter server版本的pyzmq

安装低版本的pyzmq

pip install pyzmq==23.0.0

提示jupyter-server 2.7.3需要pyzmp>=24，因此重新安装pyzmq，刚好满足条件即可

pip install pyzmq==24.0.0

安装后启动jupyter notebook，完美解决。
